Northwest Ag Show Exhibitor,

As you may know, in an effort to combat fraudulent companies from presenting themselves as Northwest Ag Show affiliates in the past, we have never authorized another company to contact our exhibitors regarding advertising or publishing in our show program. This letter is to inform you that we have chosen to work with a fellow exhibitor, Vic & Rod Quarnberg at Quarnberg Publishing, to produce a show program for the 2011 Northwest Ag Show. Vic & Rod will be contacting you as we get closer to the show to talk with you about your listing in the program, advertising space and article possibilities. The programs will be completed about a month prior to the show dates and mailed to members of Oregon Association of Nurseries, Oregon Horticultural Society, Nut Growers Society, Agri-Business Council of Oregon and ODA Private Pesticide Applicators; approximately 8750 attendees.
