MOVE-IN DATES & TIMES:
MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 8:00 AM TO
8:00 PM
Carry-in items only on Tuesday morning!
There will be personnel on site to accept equipment
into the secure outside lot from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on
Friday, January 25 & Saturday, January 26.
In an effort to streamline Move-In, we are requesting
that those exhibitors with booths on the East Side of the buildings
arrive in the morning while those with booths on the West Side of the
buildings arrive in the afternoon. Also, if your booths are located
in a link tunnel (booths 1-20, 30-33 & 40-43) or in front of the
large freight doors, please be aware that these booths will not
be set until mid-afternoon.
MOVE-OUT DATES & TIMES:
THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 5:00 PM TO 8:00 PM
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 8:00 AM TO 12:00 NOON
NO MOVE OUT ALLOWED BEFORE 5:00 PM ON THURSDAY!!!
Only exhibitors in front of the large freight doors
will be permitted to break down their booths at 4:30 pm on Thursday.
Any other exhibitor who breaks down early will lose their priority
status.
KEEP YOUR SPACE FOR THE 2009 SHOW
Priority Sign-Up will be held at 1:00 pm on
THURSDAY in the Show Office (Room D101).
You will be able to reserve your current booth
by signing and returning your contract to the Show Office by 5:00 pm
on WEDNESDAY. If you want to change your
booth space, you can move to any available space when your priority
group number is called. A complete list of priority groups will be
posted in the Show Office (Room D101) and the Exhibitor Lounge (Room
D103). If you have any questions about the Priority Sign-Up, please
feel free to ask the office staff.
