Exhibitor Warning Regarding Expo-Guide & Construct Data (A.K.A. "The Fair Guide")

Please be advised that the Austrian company Construct Data, a.k.a.The FAIR Guide, has been soliciting Northwest Ag Show exhibitors with misleading mailings. In their mailings, they list the Northwest Ag Show & Oregon Association of Nurseries as participating organizations; this is not true! Neither company is affiliated with Construct Data a.k.a.The FAIR Guide. Another company out of Mexico has recently emerged, "Expo-Guide" with a similar approach.

The N.W. Ag Show in no way endorses or supports either company. There are numerous online posts regarding their operations and concerns arising from doing business with either entity. We do not recommend their services and see no benefits associated with their services and the N.W. Ag Show.

In the case of the FAIR Guide, their contract is for three years and costs $1531 per year. If you have signed this contract, please refer to the following website for information regarding negating the contract and the payment: www.stopecg.org/construct_data_fairguide.htm. We also have a group of exhibitors currently fighting this company's repeated attempts to procure payment for their misleading contracts. If you would like information from these companies and their lawyers, please contact us and we will put you in touch with them.

The Northwest Ag Show DOES NOT sell your company information to any source! The only location your information is made public is in the exhibitor list on this website and in the program distributed at the show. We are in the process of putting together a packet of information to be submitted to the Oregon Attorney General's Office to ask for assistance in dealing with this company. Any exhibitor needing additional information or assistance is asked to contact our office.
