Tuesday: 9 am –6 pm
Wednesday: 9 am – 8 pm

Parking is free for all exhibitors in the exhibitor lot located behind the Expo Center (access off of Force Ave. or around the south of Hall E). Parking for attendees will be free on Thursday only. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicles.
Move-In & Move-Out Information:
Move-in will be Monday, January 25, 8 am – 8 pm. (Carry-in items only on Tuesday morning.)
Those exhibitors with booths on the East Side of the building should arrive in the morning and those with booths on the West Side of the buildings should arrive in the afternoon. Check in at the Show Office (Room D101) to receive you Move-In packet of information.
There will be personnel on site to accept equipment into the secure outside lot on Friday, January 22 & Saturday, January 23, from 8 am – 5 pm. Any products or equipment brought in at this time will be stored outside until we have access to the buildings on Monday morning. We will not accept equipment on Sunday.
Move-out is Thursday, January 28, 3pm – 8pm & Friday, January 29, 8am – Noon.
No one is permitted to break down booth spaces prior to the close of the show at 3 pm. All exhibits and/or equipment must be out of the exhibit halls by Noon on Friday.
2017 Show Sign-Up
Included in your exhibitor packet will be a 2017 show contract. Sign and return the contract to the Show Office by 5 pm on Wednesday, January 27 to reserve your current booth(s). If you do not return your contract, your booth(s) will be shown as available during the Priority Sign-Up(see below). If you are interested in changing booth(s), it is recommended that you return the contract to reserve your current booth(s), then make any changes during the Priority Sign-Up; this way your current booth(s) are not available to other exhibitors until you are sure of any changes.
Booth sign-up is based on priority: each exhibitor is placed into a priority group based on their first contiguous exhibition year. These groups are reflected on the Priority List, which will be posted in the Show Office (Room D101) and the Exhibitor Lounge (Room E101). On Thursday, January 28, Priority Sign-Up for the 2017 show will begin at 1 pm in the Show Office. Each exhibitor will have a chance to make booth changes when their priority group is called.

SignIT – Founded in 1997, SignIT opened on the corner of 84th and F Street in Omaha, Nebraska. Within the next few years, the next generation was pitching in to help. This generation had taken a liking to graphics design, and sales started to take off. SignIT had to move to a larger space just to keep up. Business has been steady and the company has over a handful of employees. SignIT specializes in trade show materials supplier specializing in banners, digital printing, 3D lettering, window lettering, vehicle graphics and promotional items.
d+p Design Build, LLC – d+p Design Build, LLC is a exhibition show booth supplier founded by friends from architecture school. d+p creates designs that are easy to use, and they go the extra mile to perfect every detail so you as the customer can be proud of the functionality and curb appeal. Vispronet – Vispronet was founded in 2005 and is on a mission to bring the highest quality trade show products to market with the lowest prices. Vispronet is known for their good quality and pricing, fast turnaround time, and customer service. They specialize in a number of trade show items. Vispronet’s feather flags, tents, booths, signs, and table covers are all customizable online, through their design tool.
Name badges will also be your parking pass for FREE PARKING in the Exhibitor Parking lot. Therefore, all exhibiting companies are encouraged to order name badges prior to the show and disseminate them to your representatives prior to their arrival at the show. This will help facilitate each exhibitor’s access to FREE PARKING in the Exhibitor Parking Lot. Please select, the ‘mail prior to show’ option on the Name Badge Form and be sure to include the correct mailing address.
Remember: Name Badge = Free Parking in the Exhibitor Lot.
We will still be able to make name badges on site, as usual. And we will also continue facilitate a Will Call area for name badges as well. However, planning ahead will help everything run smoothly at show time and make it much easier for your company representatives to park when they arrive.
Name badges are for employees/representatives of your company only. Each exhibitor will be given 10 guest passes to distribute to customers who you would like to invite to the show. If you would like more passes, please contact the show office.
Envelope stuffers are provided to you at NO COST. The stuffers can be used as inserts in mailings/billings and also work well to hand out at your place of business. Each stuffer has an area for you to write in your booth location.
